Weekly Mathematical Thinking and Pre-AMC 8 Program
"From strong foundations to advanced thinking."
In partnership with Xnew Academy, our Mathematical Thinking Program is designed to help students develop strong problem-solving skills, logical reasoning, and confidence in mathematics. Through carefully structured lessons and engaging challenges, students learn not only how to solve problems, but also why mathematical ideas work. Rather than relying on repetitive drills, our curriculum encourages students to think critically, communicate their reasoning, and discover multiple approaches to solving problems. Each level builds a solid mathematical foundation while preparing students for more advanced learning.

- Level 1: 3:30–4:20 PM
- Level 2: 4:30–5:20 PM
- Pre-AMC 8: 5:30–6:20 PM
- No class: 10/8, 11/26
Meet the Instructor
Mr. Yu (Xnew Academy)
Mr. Yu earned a Master's degree in Computer Science from Boston University. Xnew Academy is dedicated to providing structured and engaging mathematical education, focusing on deep conceptual understanding and independent problem-solving skills. Mr. Yu brings a rigorous, structured approach to logic, explanation, and problem decomposition, and provides a safe environment for growth through individualized support, patience, and effective family-school partnership.
